Essex Change can now provide post programmes sessions for men who have completed the Essex Change programme and would like to attend informal sessions to revisit some of strategies offered on group and to access further support.

The sessions are informal and are held week once a month at our main office on 11a/b Broomfield Road, Chelmsford CM1 1SY. 

The ReStart group is also open to men who are waiting to join the programme (on waiting list).

The sessions are FREE and you do not need to book, but a call to let us know you are coming along would be appreciated.
