Who is the programme for?

The programme is for any man who wants to stop their abusive behaviour towards a female partner or ex-partner.

How long is the programme?

The programme is 27 sessions. Weekly sessions are held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thurdays. You will be required to attend initial assessment sessions prior to starting the programme and a pre-group session.

Where are the sessions held?

The assessment sessions and the group sessions are currently held in Chelmsford, Harlow and Colchester.

What happens on the group programme?

We work in small groups of up to 10 men. The programme will help you take responsibility of your behaviour and offer you skills and support to end your abusive behaviour.
