JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Project Co-ordinator (Maternity Cover)
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: Exceeds Minimum Wage
Hours: 16 per week (flexible)
Main Duties
Telephone
-
To answer all incoming calls
-
To discuss the programme with professionals and clients
-
To discuss personal issues with clients
Administration
-
To provide administrative support to the Essex Change Team
-
Maintain the in-house database system REDAMOS
-
To co-ordinate the marketing and promotion of the service
-
To co-ordinate the running of groups
-
To develop/maintain the Essex Change website
-
To be pro-active in generating referrals
-
To liaise with external agencies and deal with sensitive issues
-
To co-ordinate CAFCASS and Court Procedures (including finance returns)
-
To undertake administrative duties
-
To attend meetings and training as required
-
Any other duties as determined by the Service Manager
Key Qualities and Skills Requirements
-
Knowledge of working with people who have experienced domestic abuse
-
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
-
Fully competent with IT including using the internet, Microsoft excel, word, access and e-mail.

Able to create effective administrative systems to ensure the smooth running of programme.
-
Pro-active in developing the co-ordination of the programme.
-
Ability to work in a team setting.

Commitment to the charity objectives
-
Able to be flexible with hours where necessary
